How to book a visit

Choose the service, the barber and a free time, then give your first name and phone number. Your e-mail address is optional.

We show times up to 60 days ahead. For later times, book by phone.

Upcoming visits booked on the site per phone number: 3 at most. We book any more by phone.

Confirmation

Your booking is accepted when you see its confirmation on the site. You also get a link to the visit's page, with its details and the way to cancel.

Cancelling and changing the time

You can cancel free of charge with the link in the confirmation, up to 2 hours before the visit. After that, call the salon: +48 500 100 200.

To change the time, cancel the visit and book a new one, or call us.

If you cannot come, please cancel: the time becomes free for others. If you are late, we may shorten the service or move the visit so as not to delay the next customers.

Prices and payment

Prices in the price list and in the booking include VAT. You pay in the salon, after the visit. A change to the price list does not change the price of visits already booked.

You enter a discount code when booking; the discounted price shows before you send the booking.

Loyalty card: every 10th visit is 50% off. The discount is applied by itself when you book.

Products set aside for your visit

When booking you can ask us to set products aside. They wait for you in the salon, and you pay only if you take them.
